Delete Your Account & Data

You can request deletion of your data from Taksha Lab at any time. This page explains what we store and how to request removal, as required by the Google Play and Apple App Store data-safety policies.

What data we store

• Gameplay progress and settings (primarily stored on your device).
• Any contact details you've shared with support.
• Anonymized, aggregate analytics that cannot identify you.

How to request deletion

• Email us at support@takshalab.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
• Tell us which product(s) you use and the email or account identifier you used, so we can locate your data.
• You can also use our support form and select the relevant product.

What happens next

We will confirm your request and permanently delete the associated data within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, transaction records held by the app stores).

Local data

Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the product or clear its data from your device settings.
