Purchases

Any in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled through their respective policies.

Intellectual property

All product content, art, and trademarks are owned by Taksha Lab or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

Disclaimer & liability

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taksha Lab is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
